Twelve small obsessions, all owned by the same person, all run out of the same back office, all answering to one woman who goes by “Gio'Mamma” and to absolutely no one else.
Gio'Mamma's House is a holding company that owns twelve independent businesses. A fried-chicken counter. A jam shop. A golf-cart canopy. A creatine iced tea, because you can get refreshed while building your chest.
None of these brands carry the house name. None of them know each other exists, more or less. Each one has its own kitchen, its own copy, its own typographic posture, its own customers. But all unabashedly Gia's.
She runs all twelve. People tag in — someone to bottle a batch, someone roped in to work a booth — but the glory is hers.
This page is the door to all of them. The interesting parts are behind it.

Hot-honey fried chicken counter w/ a working jukebox & teal vinyl booths. Open late.

Small-batch jam from a sweet woman. Reliable standards and monthly surprises.

Verified-anonymous social network for restaurant workers. No customers, no owners, no journalists.

Pay-to-extend table timer for restaurants. Lingerers pay; the kitchen turns. Controversial.

Alcoholic milkshakes in a can. Soft-serve nostalgia, hard-cream rebellion.

Frozen alcoholic granitas, served from a 1971 Carpigiani in eight rotating flavors.

Single-origin amaro. Dozens of botanicals from 10 global destinations. Bottled in lots of 400.

Creatine iced tea — 5g per bottle, no sugar, no slop. Backed by studies and taste-testers.

Liquid chalk for serious lifts. The bottle that finally gets the cap right.

Mobile wood-fired sauna. Gets towed to your driveway. 90 min, two rounds, one cold plunge.

Bolt-on shade canopy for the back nine. Striped, ventilated, fits any cart in 4 minutes.

USA-stamped 3-piece urethane golf balls + the loudest country-club apparel west of Augusta.
We are not a portfolio. We are a holding company that holds twelve specific things and almost nothing else. The rules are short on purpose. The rules are why every brand on this page looks like its own thing.
If we want a thirteenth, we sell one. The constraint is the product.
No house wordmark on a sub-brand, no “a Gio'Mamma's House company” in the lockup. The seal lives here, on this page, alone.
Each brand has one writer. We argue with them; we do not edit them.
One menu, one bottle, one canopy, one app. We will not add features to placate a spreadsheet.
Nothing leaves this house that Gia hasn't put in her own mouth or her own hands. No proxies, no exceptions.
Several have been. We don't list them. The good ones are above.
Everything operationally boring lives in one small office in Chicago, above a tile store, two flights up. Mail goes there. Invoices go there. Gia has the only key; everyone else knocks.
Press, partnership, and “could you put my product on the shelf at x” emails should go to house@giommas.house. We answer slowly & honestly.
